After arguing the matter at some length learned counsel for the applicant stated that he would be satisfied if the Investigating Officer in respect of F.I.R ordered in the judgment dated 15.3.2011 and competent authority in respect of departmental action ordered vide the same judgment during the observations made in respect of the applicant in last para of the judgment as tentative in nature and not binding on the Investigating Officer or the competent authority. Order accordingly.

This Criminal Revision Application is disposed of in the above terms along with the listed application.
