          Since learned Presiding Officer against whom the applicants had some grievance has been transferred.

          In view of above, this transfer application has become infructuous, which is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months under compliance report. It is expected that the trial Court shall not adjourn the case on the application of either party on any flimsy ground.
