                   The instant application has been filed for suspension of sentence.  Counsel for the appellants has sought suspension of sentence on two grounds, firstly short sentence and secondly heavy backlog of the cases.  Mr. Altaf Hussain Surahio, learned State Counsel, very candidly concedes.

                   Upon a perusal of the impugned judgment it appears that the appellants have been convicted to the extent of five years imprisonment and Arsh as 1/3^rd of the Diyat.   Keeping in view the short sentence and heavy backlog of the cases appeal is not likely to be heard and disposed of in near future.  Consequently, the application is allowed and the impugned sentence awarded to the appellants is suspended.  Let the appellants shall be released on bail upon furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.
