Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this petition on 6.7.2011 the Petitioner approached to the RPO on 7.7.2011 and submitted an application relating to the non-satisfaction regarding the investigation in this case though challan has already been submitted in the trial Court. Learned counsel invited attention to a statement which was submitted on 9.8.2011 in the Court along with which a letter of AIGP Rana Sanaullah dated 7.7.2011 is attached which was addressed by him to the SSP (Investigation), Khairpur, in which the AIGP requested the SP for verifying the investigation in crime No.110/2011 personally and ensure justice and the matter may be finalized on merits. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of clear direction, the SP is not acting upon this instruction issued by RPO and insisting that let an order be passed by this Court.

Learned Additional Advocate General after examining the letter is also of the view that simple direction may be issued to the SP to comply with the requirements mentioned in the letter of AIGP on which the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.

The SP (Investigation), Khairpur, is directed to comply with the instructions mentioned in AIGP letter dated 7.7.2011.
