Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the Petition, submits that he would be satisfied if direction is issued to the Committee, constituted by the Provincial Government under Rule 8-B, to consider the case of the petitioner both on the touchstone of discrimination as well as the law and, thereafter, pass a speaking order. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection. Order accordingly.
This Petition is disposed of in the above terms. It is expected that the decision shall be made and communicated to the petitioner within a period of two months.
