Learned counsel submits that the petitioners, having married each other, for protection, filed CP No. 1920/2011, which is pending before Circuit Court, Larkana and in which Petition; on 05-08-2011, interim relief was granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel submitted that respondent No. 5 – since he was not a respondent in that Petition, acting at the behest of private respondents – demolished house of the petitioner and his uncle and has also taken with him household articles as well as cattle, as stated in para 14 of the Petition.

Let notice be issued to the respondents as well as Additional Advocate General for 16-08-2011. In the meanwhile, no action in violation of law should be taken against the petitioners.

4. Notice as above. In the meanwhile, Mr. Abdul Rahim Memon, Reader of this Court, is appointed Commissioner to visit premises of PS, Adilpur to report regarding detention of father of petitioner No. 2 and his uncle and also regarding presence or otherwise of cattle, mentioned in para 14 of the Petition, which – the learned counsel states – have been lodged at Cattle Pond, Ghotki. Fee of the Commissioner is fixed at Rs. 5,000/-, to be paid to the Commissioner directly.
