            Through instant application the appellant seeks suspension of sentence during pendency of this appeal.

            We have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and are of the view that this application cannot be decided unless entire evidence is appreciated. We would like to hear the entire appeal instead of calling report regarding antecedent for the reason that record reflects that on number of occasions instant appeal was adjourned at the request of appellant’s counsel. Let this appeal be fixed for regular hearing on 19.7.2011.
