4.         The applicant seeks protective bail in crime No. 16/2011 under Section 409, 419, 420, 468, 471, 477-A, 109 read with Section 5 (2) of PCA, 1947 of police station FIA Crime Circle.

            It is contended on behalf of the Applicant that she has been falsely implicated as Account No.151261 was opened and operated by her husband Asghar Ali and she even did not know that such account has been opened in her name nor she operated the account. Beside, it is submitted that the husband of the Applicant has been arrested and now the police is after her, making it impossible for her to approach the Court of first instance and to seek remedy in accordance with law.

Without touching the merits of the case, only in order to enable the applicant to approach the Court of first instance and to seek remedy in accordance with law, she is granted protective bail for a period of 07 days to expire on 21.06.2011 after Court hours, upon furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Nazir of this court. It is made clear that in case, the applicant does not appear before the Court of first instance within the prescribed period the surety furnished before this Court shall stands forfeited.
