            After arguing the bail application at length, counsel for the Applicant says if directions are given to the trial Court to conclude the trial within one month he would not press this bail application. Such request is neither opposed by the State Counsel nor by the Complainant, however, it would not be practically possible for the trial Court to conclude the trial within one month keeping in view that the Anti Terrorism Courts have remained vacant for considerable period of time.

            In the circumstances, we direct the trial Court to decide the main case as early as possible by taking up the matter expeditiously and to decide the same preferably within a period not over three months. We further observe that the applicant will be entitled to move fresh application after at least two witnesses are examined by the prosecution.
