                   This is harassment petition. The Petitioner further seeks registration of F.I.R. against the Respondents. So far as the first prayer is concerned, the Respondents have filed comments reflecting that 10 cases were challaned against the Petitioner. They further state that no harassment was ever caused to the Petitioner nor it will be caused and they would act strictly in accordance with law.  As to the second prayer, since efficacious alternate remedy is available to the petitioner, this petition is dismissed. The Petitioner would be entitled to pursue efficacious alternate remedy in accordance with law.
