                   The main grievance of the Petitioner is that accused in crime No.51/2010, 39/2010, 50/2010, 96/2010, 97/2010 and 09/2011 are roaming around and are not being arrested. The I.O. present states that he has tried his utmost to arrest the accused persons and even he would raid any place to arrest the accused persons on the pointation of the Petitioner. The Petitioner states that accused persons are roaming around. The crime pertains to P.S. Matli. Since Mr. Sirajuddin Lashari has been posted as SPO Matli, therefore, we direct SPO Matli to ensure the arrest of all the accused persons in the aforesaid crimes within 15 days and report compliance.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Compliance report be filed within 15 days.
