          Applicant Muhammad Umar is present in person and he submits that after lodging the F.I.R., challan has already been filed in crime No.317/2010 on 27.10.2010 in which the names of the present Respondents are already mentioned as accused. Today learned counsel for Respondents No.1 & 2 has also filed statement alongwith copies of F.I.R. and challan, which shows that challan has already been submitted and according to learned counsel, charge has also been framed and now matter is fixed for evidence. After keeping in view the above position, the applicant does not want to press this application, which is dismissed as not pressed.
