          Since the Petitioner has prayed that Respondents be directed to execute conveyance deed in favour of the Petitioner and the Respondents have disputed their obligation to execute sale deed in favour of the Petitioner therefore, this petition inter alia contains disputed questions of facts and further is based on contractual obligation which cannot be enforced through writ jurisdiction. Petition consequently is dismissed alongwith listed application. However, Petitioner would be entitled to seek the remedy, if any, in accordance with law.
