The gist of the prayer in the instant petition was quashment of FIR registered against the petitioners on account of their free will marriage and further directions to the Respondents not to cause any harassment. The comments have been filed by the official Respondents, wherein they have disclosed that crime No.45/2011 u/s 365-B, 457, 34 PPC registered complaining abduction of Petitioner No.1 has been disposed of as cancel class whereas no threat of any nature were ever advanced to the Petitioners nor such threats would be advanced. This satisfies the Petitioner Counsel, who seeks disposal of the Petition. Order accordingly.
