          None present for the appellant.

The diary of Additional Registrar of this court shows that on 27.04.2011 nobody was present for the appellant. The Additional Registrar observed that office objections have not been complied with since presentation of the appeal and the intimation notice for complying with the office objections was also issued, therefore, he fixed the matter in court on 02.05.2011 for orders as to non prosecution. Again on 02.05.2011 the matter was called. In the first round nobody was present for the appellant. In the second call at 11.10 p.m. the situation was same, neither counsel for the appellant was present nor the appellant nor any intimation was received. Even then as a last and final chance, one week’s time was granted to comply with the office objections with caution that failing which the appeal shall be dismissed in default/non prosecution and fix date was given but now again the office has fixed this matter for orders as to non prosecution as the office objections have not been complied with. It seems that inspite of opportunities, the appellant is not interested to pursue the matter and it appears that he has lost the interest in the matter, therefore, this court has no other option but to dismiss this appeal for non prosecution. Order accordingly.
