                   Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh has filed comments on behalf of the official Respondents. They say that there is dispute between the Petitioner and private Respondents and that the official respondents have not caused any harassment to the petitioner nor will cause any harassment to him and would strictly act in accordance with law. Upon such statement, in our view this petition has become infructuous, however, nobody is present on behalf of the Petitioner, this petition is dismissed on account of non prosecution.
