          There appears to be matrimonial dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 Chetan. Now Chetan has attempted to lodge the F.I.R. against the Petitioner to settle the score. The counsel for the Petitioner contends that the Petitioner has filed family suit seeking dissolution of marriage against Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.3 in order to forestall the proceedings initiated before the Family Judge is filing false and frivolous applications before the police authorities. Learned Addl. A.G says that since it has come to the notice of respondent No.3 for family dispute, therefore, neither they would harass the Petitioner nor would lodge any F.I.R. The counsel for the Petitioner shows satisfaction and seeks disposal of the petition. Order accordingly.
