The petitioner seeks quashment of crime No.75/2011 registered u/s 506(2), 420 PPC at Police Station A Section Latifabad Hyderabad and further restrain order against the police not to cause any harassment. On the last day of hearing, police officer was directed to record the statement of the petitioner, who states that his statement has been recorded and crime No.75/2011 has been challaned. Further in our opinion, it would be just and fair that the petitioner should approach the Court of first instance to seek the relief sought from this Court. The counsel for the Petitioner says that while disposing of this petition, directions be given to the learned trial court for expeditious disposal of the case. The request is reasonable and not opposed by the learned Addl. A.G. The petition consequently is disposed of by directing the learned trial court to expeditiously proceed and decide the main case preferably within three months.
