          The applicant has prayed for quashment of F.I.R. No.419/2010 lodged against him by the complainant Aziz Ahmed u/s 489-F, 506(2) P.P.C at P.S. Tando Allahyar.

The applicant has filed this quashment application directly in this court without first moving an application u/s 249/A Cr.P.C in the trial court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will prefer to move application u/s 249-A Cr.P.C before the trial court. On this statement, this Cr. Misc. Application is disposed of as not pressed alongwith listed applications. If such application is moved in the trial court u/s 249/A Cr.P.C, the learned trial court will preferably decide the same within one month.

The Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
