The I.O. has recorded the statement of Mst. Murk and has placed the same before this Court. He states that the petitioner has denied her abduction and has further stated that she has voluntarily married Ghulam Qadir Solangi and her parents and relatives have lodged false crime against her husband and his relatives. Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh and the I.O. state that after recording statement of the Petitioner,  crime No.04/2011 of P.S Jhangara District Jamshoro cannot sustain. The I.O. undertakes to recommend the disposal of the crime under “C” class within seven days. The petition accordingly is disposed of in the above terms.
