          This matter is pending for compliance of office objections since 05^th October 2010 but neither the office objections have been complied with nor any body is appearing to represent the appellant. The matter was fixed in this Court on 18.10.2010 but it was simply adjourned due to absence of the appellant. Thereafter, matter was again fixed on 2.12.2010 but the position was same and today also neither the appellant is present nor his advocate. It appears that appellant has lost his interest to pursue this matter.

          The appeal is at the stage of office objections which have not been complied with. Cr. Acquittal Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
