            In consequent to the directions of this Court dated 09.3.2011, Section Officer, who is present in Court, has filed his report, which is taken on record. Copy of which has been supplied to the other side. He further states that he has examined details of 64-members and found that out of which only five members are eligible to contest the election against the requirement of eleven members as per Byelaw of the Society.

            In order to provide list of more members, the petitioner No.1 present in Court wants to examine Share Registers which are in the custody of the Administrator.

            By consent it is ordered that the petitioner No.1 will visit the office of Section Officer today at 3pm and will examine all Share Registers and due to short of time it would not be possible to examine all registers today the petitioner No.1 can also visit at tomorrow for examination of the Share Registers. To come up on 22.3.2011. To be taken up at 11am.
