            The file shows that on 22.11.2010 no body was present for applicant and the matter was adjourned. Again on 20.12.2010 no body was present for the applicant and the matter was adjourned to 20.1.2011. Today the position is same, neither the applicant’s counsel is present nor any intimation is received. Office had already issued intimation notice to learned counsel for the applicant for today. It appears that applicant has lost his interest in this matter therefore for last two dates no body is appearing and pursuing the same. The learned counsel for complainant submits that all the witnesses have already been examined by the trial Court except one I.O and two Doctors and the trial is going to be concluded soon.

            The Criminal Bail Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
