            It is inter alia contended that petitioners have solemnized marriage on 10.3.2011 with their free will. In order to substantiate the factum of marriage, they have also filed the copy of Nikahnama and affidavit of free will of Petitioner No.1. The brother of Petitioner No.1 Muhammad Sohail (Respondent No.4) is present in Court and he submits that he accepts the marriage of his sister with Petitioner No.2. Learned State Counsel has also filed the comments of Respondents No.1 and 2 in which they have denied the allegations leveled against them. The Respondent No.2 also stated in the comments that he never harassed or pressurized the Petitioner No.1 or her husband i.e. the Petitioner No.2. The copy of statement has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners who is satisfied with the same.

            The petition is disposed of with direction that no harassment will be caused to the petitioners by the Respondents and Respondent No.2 may provide necessary protection to the petitioners for reaching them at their residence situated in Mohalla Tando Bago District Badin.
