            After hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional A.G and AXEN Irrigation, this petition by consent is disposed of by directing the Respondents to provide the Petitioner his share of water strictly in accordance with the share list and further on the days when the rotation of Petitioner in accordance with the share list would come all watercourses from zero point to nine miles would be closed.
