            It is stated in the petition that Petitioner has contracted marriage with one Hussain Bux. In order to substantiate the factum of marriage, copy of Nikahnama and affidavit of free will of Petitioner are available on record which show that marriage was solemnized on 7.3.2011. It has been prayed that Respondents No.5 to 8 may be directed not to create or cause any harassment to the Petitioner and her husband. Today the Respondent No.5 who is real father of the Petitioner and the Respondent No.8, maternal uncle of the petitioner are present. Both have accepted the marriage and undertake not to cause any harassment to the Petitioner or her husband. Similarly, learned Assistant A.G has filed comments on behalf of Respondents No.1 to 3 in which all the official Respondents have denied the allegations leveled against them in the petition. They have also stated that no harassment was caused to the Petitioner or her husband.

            Since the father of Petitioner has accepted the marriage and also stated that he will not cause any harassment, the petition is disposed of accordingly with direction to Respondents No.1 to 4 not to cause any harassment to the Petitioner or her husband. The SHO P.S Talhar is also present in person, he is directed to provide protection to the Petitioner and her husband for reaching them their residence situated at Talhar town.
