            This petition has been filed with prayer that Respondent No.2 may be directed to lodge the F.I.R. of the Petitioner with further prayer that Respondent No.2 may be directed to provide protection to the Petitioner. Today the Respondents No.1 and 2 both have filed their comments through which it is stated that Petitioner never approached them for recording his statement and in the comments another F.I.R. which was got registered on the statement of the Petitioner is also mentioned. The petitioner’s counsel is satisfied if the Respondent No.2 record the statement of the Petitioner and if any cognizable case is made out, he will proceed further. The Respondent No.2 is present in person and he assures that whenever the Petitioner will appear before him, he will record his statement and if any cognizable offence is made out, he shall register the F.I.R. and shall proceed further strictly in accordance with law.

            The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
