            Before arguing this appeal, learned D.P.G. invited the attention of the Court to the report which was submitted by the Superintendent, Central Prison, Hyderabad on 9.7.2009, in which it is clearly mentioned that the appellant Ameer Hamza @ Cheena has already been released from the jail on 27.6.2009 on completion of his term in the light of judgment passed by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad in Jail Petition No.56/2005. The learned counsel for the appellant concedes to this position and he submits that since the appellant has already been released after completion of his conviction, therefore, he does not want to press this jail appeal, which is dismissed as not pressed.
