            This revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 19.9.1995 and decree dated 28.9.1995 passed by IVth Senior Civil Judge, Hyderabad in F.C.Suit No.215 of 1993 whereby the suit filed by the applicant for declaration and permanent injunction was dismissed. Thereafter, the judgment was assailed by way of appeal No.147 of 1995 which was also dismissed on 18^th March 1998. The revision application has been moved against the concurrent findings of two Courts below.

            The order sheets show that since 26.9.2006 no body is appearing for the applicant and matter is being adjourned un-necessarily for one or other reason. The order dated 1.3.2010 shows that applicant as well as his counsel both have expired and there is nothing available on record to show the names of legal heirs even then this Court issued a notice to the legal heirs by way of registered post as well as pasting at the last given address of the applicant but no body appeared.

            The revision application is dismissed in non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
