3.         Through the instant petition the Petitioner has prayed that the Superintendent of District Jail Sanghar be directed to allow the Petitioner to meet his relatives viz.  Wasim Ahmed s/o Dadan Khan Nizamani and Khuda Bux alias Dholio Nizamani, both confined in District Jail Sanghar.

Consequently, the Additional Registrar of this Court was directed to find out the reason for not allowing the petitioner to meet with the said prisoners. The Superintendent, District Jail Sanghar has informed that an operation was carried out and consequently Wasim Ahmed s/o Dadan Khan Nizamani has been shifted to Central Prison Karachi on 18.03.2011 whereas Khuda Bux alias Dholio has been shifted to Nara Jail Hyderabad on 18.3.2011.

In the circumstances, Counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition with permission to file fresh if the need be.

            Consequently, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
