            Comments have been filed on behalf of the respondents NO.1 to 4, which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

            Upon perusal of comments it appears that the hotel of the petitioner is not situated within the permissible premises as laid down in section 5 of Ehtram-e-Ramzan Ordinance, 1981. The petitioner has also failed to show that his hotel falls within such premises as mentioned above.

            For the foregoing reasons, the petition being devoid of merits is dismissed.
