            After arguing the matter at some length learned counsel for the applicant states that he will be satisfied and will not press bail application if the trial Court is directed to conclude the case within a reasonable time.

            Learned State counsel as well as learned advocate for the complainant did not oppose such request.

            In view of the above, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed. However, trial court is directed to conclude the case within three months.

Needless to say that no adjournment shall be granted to either party on any flimsy ground.             Learned counsel for the complainant undertakes to produce the P.Ws before the trial court on the date of hearing. However, applicant can repeat bail application on fresh ground available to him if so advised.
