2.   Office objection over ruled as the bail application has been converted into protective bail application.

3.   Granted Subject to all just exception.

4.   It is interalia contended that the applicant has nothing to do with the alleged incident. Per learned counsel, the applicant tried to approach the concerned Court but the Court premises was surrounded by the police as the police is bent upon to arrest and humiliate him at the behest of complainant, therefore, apprehending his imminent arrest at the hands of police he has approached this Court for protective bail.

     Without touching the merits of the case, applicant Tabish Gauhar is granted protective bail for ten days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.

     The operation of this order will cease to exist on or before 18^th February 2011 or when the applicant will surrender before the concerned Court whichever is earlier.

     The Bail application stands disposed of.
