                        The statement of petitioner No.1 was recorded in open Court whereby she categorically stated that neither  she was married with petitioner No.2 on her own accord  nor she recognize  him as her husband.   Her statement   reveals that she was compelled to contract marriage  with petitioner No.2 against her wishes.  

                        Since  the petitioner is suijuris therefore, she can not be compelled  to reside   with the petitioner No.2 against her wishes.   In her statement, she has desired to go with her parents who are present in court.    In view of  above,  petitioner No.1 is allowed to go with her parents.  The DPO Larkana shall provide escort to the petitioner No.1 and ensure  that no harm is caused to the petitioner No.1 or her parents. 

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
