                   Upon a perusal of parawise comments filed by respondent No.2, it appears that the case of the petitioner has been sent to the Secretary, Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh, Karachi for necessary approval etc., with regard to his appointment as Chowkidar/Naib Qasid against deceased quota, vide letter dated 14.11.2009.  However, the respondent No.2 did not controvert the assertions made by the petitioner.

                   In view of above and with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed in the following terms.

                   The Secretary, Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh, shall accord the necessary approval with regard to the appointment of the petitioner against deceased quota within a month from the date of receipt of this order, under intimation to the Additional Registrar of this Court.

                   The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
