Through statement, learned A.A.G has filed comments on behalf of Respondents No.1 to 4 which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners who after going through the same states that he would be satisfied if the official Respondents are directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and shall not take any coercive action against the petitioners. Learned A.A.G also agrees to that proposition.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of with direction that officials Respondents shall not take any action against the petitioners except due course of law.
