The detenues namely Shrimati Naseeban, Sahiban, Sahijan, Kaveeta, Mohan, Mevo, Delam, Noori, Ganga, Taro, Gali, Moti, Seendhal, Leelan, Luchhman, Doolat and Reshman are produced by Respondent No.1. Out of them, some are infants and some are minors. On query Shrimati Naseeban and other detenues who are major, have categorically stated that neither they have been detained against their wishes nor confined. In fact they are living at their own accord.

Since the detenues who are major/sui-juris have stated that they are not detained or confined by any one, therefore, they are set at liberty to live on their own accord.

The Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
