At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that he would be satisfied and will not press this Criminal Miscellaneous Application if the trial Court is directed to dispose of application filed U/s 249-A Cr.P.C within two weeks.

Learned D.P.G for the State also did not oppose the above submission.

In view of above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Application is dismissed as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the application U/s 249-A Cr.P.C filed by the applicant, well before 16.11.2010 after hearing the parties and submit such compliance report before this Court through Additional Registrar.

With the above observation, the Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
