Ayaz Ahmed Soomro, Assistant Executive Engineer, states that the watercourse, from which the petitioners get water, has been demolished, and that it should be restored under the supervision of Police.
DPO and SHO, A-Section, Khairpur, are directed to ensure that necessary Police functionaries are present when the demolished watercourse is restored and proper legal action is taken against the responsible persons in case of resistance. This exercise be completed within 03 days. Copy of the order be communicated to DPO, Khairpur for compliance.
With these directions, this Petition is disposed of.
