            Through statement learned Addl.A.G has filed comments on behalf of Respondent No.3, copy where of has been supplied to other side.

Upon perusal of statement filed by AIGP/Estt: for RPO Hyderabad Region it appears that cases of 154 candidates have been finalized and recommended by the committee for recruitment as Junior Clerks, Constable and Naib Qasids against son quota and the name of Petitioner appears at S.No.46 and he has been recommended for the post of naib qasid.

After going through such statement, learned counsel for the Petitioner is satisfied and submitted that the petition be disposed of in the light of statement filed on behalf of Respondent No.3.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of in view of aforesaid statement. However the Respondent No.3 shall complete the process within 30 days and compliance report be sent through Additional Registrar of this Court.
