            With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of in the following terms:-

            Learned Rent Controller shall determine the outstanding rent/arrears of rent if any. However, the Respondent will return the security deposit after deducting the rent arrears to be determined by the Rent Controller within 03 days and the petitioner will handover the vacant possession of the premises to him on same day.
