            Through this petition the petitioner has prayed as under:-

a. To direct the Respondents to grant permission to run hotel to the Petitioner at Main Bus Stop, Bulri Shah Karim Town, during fasting hours, in the month of Ramzan, as in the past, he has been granted permission and he had never misused permission granted to him.

b. Any other relief(s) which this Honourable Court deems fit, just and proper in favour of the Petitioner.

            Upon perusal of the petition it appears that neither the hotel of the Petitioner is situated within the premises of bus stand nor he has submitted any application before the concerned authorities for such permission.

            Comments have been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 whereby the contents of petition have been specifically denied.

            Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the petition as well as comments.

            Since the Petitioner has failed to prove that his hotel is situated within the premises of bus stand even he has not submitted any application to the concerned authorities for obtaining the permission.

            In view of above we do not find any merit in this petition which is accordingly dismissed.
