Learned A.A.G through statement has filed comments on behalf of Respondents No.1 and 2 which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the Petitioner. After going through the same, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that petition may be disposed of with direction to Respondents that Petitioner or her family members shall not be harassed.

Learned A.A.G also does not oppose the above proposal.

In view of above, petition is disposed of with direction that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner or her family members and they shall not be harassed or intimidated in any manner.
