Assistant A.G through statement has filed comments on behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 3 which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Petitioner after arguing the matter at some length, states that Petitioner would be satisfied if the Respondents are restrained from causing harassment to the Petitioner and his family members.

Learned AAG also did not oppose such suggestion.

In view of above, petition is disposed of with direction that Petitioner or his family members shall not be harassed or intimidated in any manner particularly Respondent No.3 is specifically directed to discharge his duties within the limits of law and shall not take any coercive action against the Petitioner and his family members.

With the above observations, petition stands disposed of.
