            Learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed copy of order dated 27.8.2010 passed by this Court in C.P.No.S-108 of 2010.

            Upon perusal of the order, it appears that order dated 5.1.2010 passed by Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Sanghar with regard to the acceptance of police report for disposal of Crime No.102 of 2009, has been set aside and matter is remanded to the concerned Magistrate with direction to reconsider the report in the light of material available on record.

            Through these proceedings, the Petitioner has impugned the very same order which has already been set aside in C.P.No.S-108/2010.

            In view of above, this petition has become infructuous which is accordingly dismissed.
