                  Learned Additional A.G Sindh has filed comments along with. He has also placed on record order dated 08-09-2010, which reveals that Teachers including the Petitioners are entitled to draw the regular salary and allowances w.e.f. 04-06-2005.       After going through the same, learned counsel for the Petitioners is satisfied and does not press the petition, however, he requests that Respondent No.4 be directed to act in accordance with law. Order accordingly.

                  The petition stands disposed in terms of letter dated 08-09-2010.
