Mr. Sohail Ahmed Khoso files power on behalf of respondents Nos. 2 & 4. The raid commissioner, during his raid, found that three persons namely Zahid Ali, Nadeem and Ghulam Mustafa are required in Crime No. 05/2008 and 04/2010 and they have been handed over to the investigation team for further investigation and incharge investigation team has taken the above named persons for obtaining remand. Remaining four persons namely Mour Khan, Mubarak Ali, Bakhar Khan and Ashique Ali were confined in the wireless control room. SHO, present, states that they have not arrested these four persons but they came to meet the detenues Nos. 4 to 6.
Whether they were under unlawful custody or went to meet the detenues Nos. 4 to 6, let the concerned DPO make an enquiry in this regard and submit such report to this Court along with his recommendations within two weeks.
Since the detenues have been recovered, this Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
