The learned counsel shows paragraph 4
of the petition, in which it has been mentioned that the respondents No.4 got
registered an FIR No.88 of 2009 against the petitioner, the copy of FIR is
attached as Annexure-D at page 19. The learned counsel for the petitioner
argued that in this FIR, the petitioner is on bail and the challan
has already been submitted and investigation has been completed but inspite of that the police officials are causing harassment
and extending threats to the petitioner for dire consequences.
Today the respondents No.3 and 4 have
filed their statements and respondent No.4 is also present in person. In both
the statements it has been stated that they have never harassed the petitioner
and they will not commit anything without due process of law. Both the
statements have been taken on record and copies have been supplied to the learned
counsel for the petitioner.
Both the police officials are
directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and they will act
strictly in accordance with law and they will also look into the matter, if the
petitioner will file any application against the alleged harassment of the
private respondents to him.
Petition stands disposed of.
