O R D E R

FAISAL ARAB, J. The land of the petitioner is situated on RD-158 on the Nara Canal. The respondents 4 and 5 sanctioned a watercourse at a location which resulted in scarce supply of water to the petitioner’s land hence the present petition was filed.

Today, Assistant Executive Engineer is present and states that the reason why water could not reach the lands of the petitioner was that the water course that was constructed under the Water Management Scheme at RD-9.900 whereas its actual location was at RD-9.000. He states that on account of this unauthorized relocation of the watercourse, work at the RD-9.900 was closed and now the petitioners are getting adequate water supply according to their due share.

In view of such statement that unauthorized relocation of the watercourse has been undone the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
