SIP Zameer Hussain Siyal PS Kumb and ASI Ghulam Habib Gopang are present in Court and submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner. So far therefore, the question of supplying the copy of FIR does not arise. They have further submit that they will act purely in accordance with law and not to cause any harassment to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that on the basis of this statement, he is fully satisfied and let this petition be disposed off in the above terms. Order accordingly.

The petition stands disposed of alongwith listed application.
